Convergence Tips!

• Download the Microsoft Convergence App from the App Store
• Access Schedule Builder to setup your sessions
• Bring Comfortable shoes
• Update your calendar with all events you are attending, it is available under the Schedule Builder
• Set appointments ahead of time
• Have a list of cell phone numbers of people you are meeting with
• Don’t forget about the Secret Tunnel at the World Congress Center, it will save your feet, ask any of the Guest Services folks where it is
• Walk the Expo floor with an ACE team member, schedule a time convienient to do so
• Don’t forget your green for St Patty’s day when you pack:)
• Plan – Plan – Plan
• Network – Network – Network

We will be sending out texts while at the event to attendees to let you know where we will be when.  We will have tables saved at lunch and we will contact you as to where they are at.

We will also keep you up to date on nightly activities via text.
