Research Firm SourcingLine Publishes Shortlist of Top Microsoft Dynamics ERP Consultants

The research highlights the most capable Microsoft Dynamics ERP consultants catering to the mid-market.

WASHINGTON, March 13, 2013 — Today SourcingLine published the first edition of their Microsoft Dynamics ERP Consultants Leaders Matrix. The Leaders Matrix analyzes each firm’s focus in Microsoft Dynamics against their ability to deliver ERP solutions to their clients. This publication follows SourcingLine’s existing research on enterprise based web and mobile developers, which has been called the most comprehensive available online.

The Microsoft Dynamics ERP Consultants Leaders Matrix focuses on firms that are able to apply Microsoft Dynamics GP, AX, and NAV to improve the operational efficiency of organizations within a wide range of industries. The top consultants were selected based on over a dozen quantitative and qualitative factors including company experience, breadth of knowledge, client references, Microsoft Certifications, industry recognition, and marketing presence.

Out of the hundreds of firms that are Certified Microsoft Dynamics ERP Partners, only 6 firms were selected for the Leaders Matrix. The firms included are: BroadPoint Technologies, Technology Management Concepts, ACE Microtechnology, Zensar Technologies, IndustryBuilt Software, and Turnkey Technologies.

“For a company to be competitive, they must be able to capture and organize data from across departments to create actionable knowledge in real-time,” stated Sam Pettee, Senior Analyst at SourcingLine. “The consultants included in our Leaders Matrix consistently apply ERP solutions to help complex organizations remain competitive.”

SourcingLine has also published a comprehensive directory of Microsoft Dynamics ERP consultants including additional firms that were not included in the Leaders Matrix.

SourcingLine’s effort to identify the top Microsoft Dynamics ERP consultants will be ongoing and they encourage firms with a proven record to apply to participate in updates to their research.

ACE Microtechnology, Inc. Achieves a Microsoft Gold CRM Competency!

For Release

October 31, 2012

ACE Microtechnology, Inc. Achieves a Microsoft Gold CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Competency and renews it’s Gold ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) Competency along with other Silver Competencies, Cloud Accelerate and Small Business Specialist!

ACE Microtechnology, Inc. earns distinction through demonstrated technology success and customer commitment.

Atlanta, GA — October 31st, 2012 — ACE Microtechnology, Microsoft Dynamics GP, CRM and SharePoint Consulting Partner, today announced it has achieved a Gold Customer Relationship Management competency, demonstrating its ability to meet Microsoft Corp. customers’ evolving needs in today’s dynamic business environment.

The Microsoft gold competency signifies to the market that a company has demonstrated the highest level of skill and achievement within a given technology specialization. All of the Microsoft competencies are designed to help differentiate a partner’s specific technology capabilities, helping customers find solution providers quickly and easily. Each competency has a unique set of requirements and benefits, formulated to accurately represent the specific skills and services that partners bring to the industry.  To achieve a competency, partners must demonstrate and maintain a significantly more rigorous set of requirements than are required for other competencies.

“We are very proud of our team of consultants at ACE who have exhibited the ability to maintain 97% Customer satisfaction (based on the latest independent survey from September, 2012), daily project schedules and at the same time be certified at the highest level within the Microsoft Partner Channel ecosystem!” explained Susan Looby, President. This provides extreme value to our Customers and continues to support our “Customer for Life” goals at ACE.

This accomplishment is very exciting for ACE as it approaches its’ 10th year Anniversary in 2013 thanks to all the support of our great customer base.

ACE Microtechnology Achieves Microsoft’s Redefined More Stringent Gold Enterprise Resource Planning Competency

January 1, 2012
Atlanta, GA – ACE Microtechnology Inc. a premier provider of enterprise wide software solutions for Microsoft Dynamics GP and CRM, has been awarded a Gold Enterprise Resource Planning Competency and Silver Customer Relationship Management Competencies by the Microsoft Partner Network. The redefined Gold and Silver Competencies represent Microsoft’s “Best in Class” and are a great achievement for ACE Microtechnology. Microsoft’s recent addition of the Silver competency level has significantly raised the standards for the Gold competency, making it more specific and difficult to attain. The Gold Competency is given to partners that “demonstrate the highest, most consistent capability and commitment within a targeted Microsoft Business Solution area.” The certifications acknowledge ACE Microtechnology’ expertise as a Value Added Reseller with the ability to implement and develop fully-integrated Microsoft Dynamics GP and CRM solutions that provides value to customers.

ACE Microtechnology CEO and President Susan Looby said of the achievement: “We are ecstatic to have met the higher requirements and to be a part of the 1% of partners that have achieved the goals for the newly created Gold Enterprise Resource Planning Competency and Silver Customer Relationship Management. The standards for qualification were raised significantly this past year and we are pleased to have achieved this level of certification. This is a win/win for our clients as our team has passed all certification exams at all levels in our organization from sales to consulting.

ACE Microtechnology Software has been a “Gold Certified Partner” of the Microsoft Partner Program for the past eight years. During the past year though, the program made several changes with a new name, The Microsoft Partner Network, and a revamped competency structure. The new competency structure now includes a Silver Certification level, raising the bar for the now harder to reach Gold Certification Level. The competencies are spread among six categories including: Application Platform, Business Productivity, Core Infrastructure, Customer Relationship Management and Enterprise Resource Planning, Cross Platform Solutions, and Small and Medium Business Customers. The changes will help partners showcase their expertise and differentiate themselves from their competition. In order to facilitate this, the new competency requirements now provide greater differentiation with the added Silver level, making Gold Certification higher and more challenging to achieve.

Similarly to before, companies must pass technical exams and business assessments based on the latest Microsoft technologies in order to receive certification. With the addition of the new Silver certification level the requirements for the Gold certification level have increased. In receiving the Gold Certification level the requirements that ACE Microtechnology has met include:

  • Employing with at least six Microsoft Certified Professionals with credentials not assigned to any other gold competency
  • Employing at least two persons who has passed an Implementation Methodology Assessment
  • Employing Sales and Pre-sales specialists that passed all qualifying exams.
  • Providing at least five verifiable customer references that feature the implementation, deployment, customization, or maintenance of a Microsoft Dynamics ERP or CRM solution
  • Meeting a minimum revenue/seat requirement.
